If you want a strong smelling groundbait, this is for you. Red in color and unmistakable in its powerful spicy sausage smell, this is the ideal groundbait for heavily colored waters in commercials or in rivers as fish rely on their sense of smell rather than sight.

Developed on a base of ground pellets and fishmeal with added meat and bone meal along with spicy sausage flavour, this is the meatiest groundbait we can make. Perfect for all species but has found favor with specialist carp, barbel, bream and chub anglers.

It can be fished on a Method feeder, through a cage feeder or just balled up, it also acts as a great vector for other baits and has seen some amazing catches when using meat as a hookbait.

Guidelines for mixing
Spicy Meaty Method Mix is ​​simple to mix. Empty the 2kg bag of groundbait into a round bucket, fill a 2 pint maggot pan with water, pour it over the groundbait and mix thoroughly, then leave to sit for 30 minutes, during which time the water will be absorbed into the groundbait. So for best results; to eliminate any lumps and create a homogeneous consistency, pass the groundbait through a sieve and it is ready for use.

When fishing the sun and wind can dry out your groundbait a bit, to combat this you can cover the mixed groundbait with a damp towel or if it dries out just add a little more water and mix again.
