The lead is specially designed for distance fishing and the lead is therefore mounted on the underside, which improves casting accuracy in crosswinds. The unique shape of the lead ensures that the inside of the cage is completely smooth down to the bottom of the lead which greatly aids in bait release on retrieve. The smooth interior also prevents the bait from getting stuck on the bottom of the feeder. This allows the lure to be released easily and pushes the feeder to the surface on the retrieve, keeping your rig clear of snags. In addition, a heavy-duty and super-strong crimping technique has been used, meaning that the mono-shaft is extremely reliable and will not break during casting.
