The color palette contains imitations of forage fish, but also alternatives with brushstrokes of red, to simulate the blood loss of wounded prey. In fact, there are two recovery styles for a Coastmaster: the classic linear escape, typical of healthy minnows, and the zig-zag gait, with pauses and ascents towards the surface, which for sea bass and other pelagic predators are the sign of "easy food without wasting energy", because this is how a fish in difficulty behaves. This three treble Long Jerk is prepared for swimming in the surface layers of the sea, in the range between half a meter and one and a half metres. Its lip is very wide to receive great pressure in the recovery, facilitating the achievement of greater depths; an aspect accentuated by the design of the head, which is flattened, as if to configure an extension of the headstock.
